You can secure your spot directly through our website. Bookings made 90 days or more before your camp start date require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due 90 days before camp begins.

Bookings made within 90 days of camp require full payment at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Not at this stage. The 30% deposit option provides flexibility without requiring full payment upfront. Once bookings are open, guests are encouraged to secure their spots early to benefit from this arrangement.

Deposits and full payments are fully refundable up to 90 days before your camp start date.
If your remaining balance isn’t paid on time, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit refunded.
If you can no longer attend, you may also transfer your booking to another eligible guest before the 90-day window.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes made at least 75 days before camp, subject to availability. This allows our team enough time to re-coordinate rooming, transfers, and activity selections.

Yes — travel insurance is required for all guests. Your policy should include medical coverage, trip cancellations, and unforeseen disruptions.

Flights are not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to Zanzibar. Group airport shuttles operate from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) at set arrival and departure times.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many travellers can obtain a visa on arrival or apply online for a Tanzania e-Visa before flying.
