TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions form the booking agreement between Camp Afro Ltd.
(“we,” “us,” “our”) and the individual or group making a booking (“you,” “the guest,” “the participant”). By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

- A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot.
- The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of camp.
- Bookings made within 90 days of your camp start date must be paid in full at checkout.
- All bookings and payments are subject to these Terms & Conditions our Refund Policy.

- Camp Afro reserves the right to adjust or reschedule sessions due to safety, venue, or operational reasons.
- In the unlikely event Camp Afro cancels a session, guests will receive a full refund or credit transfer toward a future date.
- Prices include accommodation, meals, and all core camp activities as outlined on our website.
- Optional add-ons (e.g. spa treatments, extra off-site excursions, Safari or Summit Extensions) are priced separately.
- International flights, visas, and travel insurance are not included unless explicitly stated.
- Guests must be 18 years or older at the start of camp (unless otherwise stated in writing).
- You confirm you are physically fit to participate in selected activities and will inform us of any relevant medical or accessibility needs in advance.
- Participation is voluntary, and you agree to follow reasonable safety instructions from Camp Afro staff and licensed partners.
- We reserve the right to decline participation in specific activities if, in our judgement, it poses a safety risk to you or others.
- You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa, travel insurance, and required vaccinations are valid for your stay.
- Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, trip cancellations, and lost belongings is required for all guests.
- Camp Afro is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.
- Many activities (including excursions and outdoor events) carry inherent risks. By taking part, you accept these risks.
- While we maintain high safety standards, Camp Afro is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses except in cases of gross negligence.
- You agree to exercise good judgement, wear appropriate attire/footwear, and follow the guidance of staff and partners.
- Guests must comply with the Code of Conduct.
- We may deny, cancel, or terminate a booking before or during camp if behaviour breaches our Code or others.
- Refunds in such cases are issued at Camp Afro’s discretion based on the circumstances.
- Room allocations follow your selected package and may be adjusted to balance availability.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted in rooms.
- Requests for upgrades or special arrangements are considered but not guaranteed.
- Camp Afro may capture non-intrusive photography and video for brand storytelling and marketing. You can opt out in writing before or during camp.
- Guests must respect others’ privacy and follow our Photos & Social Media Etiquette.
- Commercial filming, collaborations, or influencer partnerships require prior written approval.
- Camp Afro is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or airline disruptions).
- Where possible, we will reschedule or offer refunds/credits in line with our policies.
- Schedules, venues, and activities may be modified for safety, weather, or partner availability.
- If a significant change occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative of equal value.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
